"Overall, this is a good company to work for. The routes are standard, and they don't push drivers excessively. The trucks are new and enjoyable to drive, which is a major plus. Maintenance is handled promptly. Dispatchers are communicative and helpful. Pay is above average and reliable. Work-life balance is reasonable, with adequate rest periods. Occasional delays during loading are common in the industry. It's a viable option for drivers."

"This is a small company with about 20 Volvo and Scania trucks. A significant portion of the drivers are Polish. Drivers are assigned dedicated trucks, with no reassignments. Trucks return to the base, and there are no bus routes in Europe. Even during extended vacations, the driver's truck remains assigned to them. The trucks are fully equipped, including microwaves in the cabs. While some older Volvos are present, their condition is excellent. Drivers receive clean trucks at the base, with the head mechanic providing a walkthrough. Wages are paid via card, and parking fees are reimbursed. Polish drivers travel shorter distances, while Ukrainian drivers receive daily pay that is quite good. Advances are readily available, and assistance is provided with paperwork. The company offers good working conditions; it's not for those looking for an easy job. A diligent driver will succeed."

"This company is workable if you have patience for logistics. The HR manager, Ms. Bohusha, deserves a 5 - she's competent and keeps her word. Pay is also excellent, with clear and timely deposits and no penalties. The trucks are in good condition and well-maintained (4). The tankers could be better (3). The logistics department is a disaster; you'll need nerves of steel. Without the logistics issues, I'd recommend this company to everyone."

"Drivers often criticize companies after leaving due to problems. While every company has its pros and cons, it's important to learn from others' experiences and consider potential issues before joining."
